#1 PTA Volunteer Myth: “If I volunteer for one thing, they’ll ask me to do EVERYTHING!”

The JSE PTA Strives to spread the load. Many of us are working parents and know how valuable your time is. We aim to have many leads so all of the weight of keeping our programs running isn’t on one small group of people. We encourage and model boundaries and support each other in not taking on too many tasks. So please, don’t be afraid to jump on in and join us! We are a very supportive group.

During our regular PTA meetings we don't always have a ton of time to dig in to details about what we do and what we may need help with. These sessions are hosted by our PTA President Amy Mulvaney..
